How do I schedule an appointment?

You can easily schedule an appointment through our online booking form, by calling (207) 454-7773, or via our patient portal. We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs and flexible scheduling for routine visits, including weekend availability.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare/Medicaid. For specific plan verification, please contact our billing department or check our insurance page for the complete, updated list of accepted providers.

How does the online doctor consultation work?

After booking a telehealth appointment, you'll receive a secure video link via email. At your scheduled time, click the link to connect with your doctor from any device. The doctor can diagnose, prescribe medication, and recommend follow-up care — all from the comfort of your home.

Are walk-in appointments available?

Yes, we accommodate walk-in patients based on availability. However, we strongly recommend scheduling in advance to minimize wait times and ensure you see your preferred physician. Urgent walk-ins are prioritized based on medical necessity upon arrival.

What vaccinations do you provide?

We offer a comprehensive range of immunizations including flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, Tdap, MMR, shingles, pneumonia, hepatitis, and travel vaccines. Our team follows CDC guidelines and will help you determine which vaccinations are right for you and your family.

Can I get prescription refills through the portal?

Absolutely. Existing patients can request prescription refills directly through our secure patient portal. Simply log in, select the medication, and submit your request. Your doctor will review and send the prescription to your preferred pharmacy within one business day.

Do you provide pediatric care?

Yes, our Family & Primary Care service covers patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our pediatric-trained providers offer well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and sick care in a child-friendly environment that puts both parents and kids at ease.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or test results. Arriving 15 minutes early allows time for paperwork. You can also complete new patient forms online through our portal before your visit.
